Q: Is there really no minimum order?
A: Yes, we will do 10 or even 5 if you want. This is an ideal way for an unsigned band to get their CDs or DVDs on sale. Most of you have very little money, so this way you can buy 10 for £10, sell them for £30 and use the proceeds to buy more.

Q: Does the cost per CD/DVD go down if we order more?
A: Unfortunately no. The time and effort per CD or DVD remains the same whether we do 10 or 1000, so the price per item remains the same as well. However, shipping costs do reduce with numbers. For instance, to ship 2 batches of 50 CDs in jewel cases costs £20 compared with £11 for one batch of 100.

Q: How can we pay?
A: You can pay by credit or debit card via the Add To Basket buttons on the CD Duplication, DVD Duplication and Services & Merchandise pages; via Paypal to mail@thecdmule.co.uk; through the post by cheque or postal order (made out to The CD Mule); or by cash if you live near enough to visit (east Cornwall).

If you are paying through the website, please remember to add shipping costs if appropriate. There is a Shipping button at the bottom of each page where you can add the postage to your basket.

Q: What artwork file types can you use?
A: we can handle graphic files in the following formats:-
   JPG (File Interchange), GIF (Graphics Interchange), BMP (Windows Bitmap),
   PNG (Portable Network Graphics), WMF & EMF (Windows Metafile), TIF (Tag Image File),
   QXD (Quark), PDF (Adobe Acrobat), DOC (Microsoft Word), PUB (Microsoft Publisher),
   PPT (Microsoft Powerpoint), PDS (Adobe Photoshop).
