Here's how
it all works:-
If you are interested
in using our services, e-mail us at mail@thecdmule.co.uk
or phone on 07748 337625.
Then the following happens:-
Artwork
You e-mail your artwork to us and we will make
any changes or additions that we think are necessary and e-mail them
back to you for approval. We can send them backwards and forwards with
changes and suggestions as many times as you like until you are happy
with the result. If your artwork files are too large to e-mail (larger
than 10MB) you can either put them on CD and mail them to us along with
your tracks, or upload them via a file transfer website (e.g. YouSendIt.com).

Music/Video
You can either:
Burn a copy of your CD or DVD and send it through snail-mail.
Or:
Copy your tracks or video to mpg files and e-mail them to us, or upload
them to a file transfer website if they are too large to e-mail (larger
than 10MB). File transfer websites allow you to send files of several
gigabytes.
Sample
Once you are happy that everything is correct, we will make up one sample
of the CD/DVD and mail it to you. If you approve, you send payment for
the quantity you want and we will make them up for you.
Payment
You can pay by credit or debit card by adding the appropriate items
to your shopping basket on the CD Duplication,
DVD Duplication and Services
& Merchandise pages; via Paypal to mail@thecdmule.co.uk;
through the post by personal cheque or postal order (made out to The
CD Mule); or by cash if you live near enough to visit (east Cornwall).
If
you are paying through the website, please remember to add shipping
costs if appropriate. There is a Shipping
button at the bottom of each page where you can add the postage to your
basket.
Delivery
Once the order is completed (around 2 weeks per 100) we can either mail
them to you, or you can collect them if you live near enough (east Cornwall)
and want to save yourself so us money. If any of the jewel cases get
broken in the mail, or any of the CD/DVDs are faulty, notify us and
we will send you a replacement.
